		<description>Thanks for the comment Jonathan and absolutely, if something breaks in the morning and it goes viral, by lunchtime you are pretty much toast if you haven&#039;t got a handle on it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The London Underground example you unearthed is actually a lesson for pretty much any customer facing organisation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Who is to say the next time someone in (say) a High Street retailer is unpleasant to a customer that there won&#039;t be someone else in the queue with a smart phone filming the whole thing?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even better, maybe it will be someone on qik.com, filming it live!</description>
