Warning – Patient with steak knife in the neighbourhood

An Amsterdam restaurant that hires ex psychiatric patients has a novel and direct approach to advertising its services. Not only is it called ‘Restaurant Freud‘, it’s advertising proclaims:

There’s an ex-psychiatric patient active in this neighbourhood carrying a steak knife.

And underneath in small print: His name is Henk, you should come and try his steak with carrot and chestnut.
